The second dose will be offered at the same location (Boyertown Area Senior High – Bear Gym) and time (4-8 pm) on June 10. Bring a signed parent consent form to this clinic. Note: This is ONLY for children who are 12-17.
    For those over the age of 18, schedule an appointment here https://www.medicineshoppeboyertown.com/covid-19-1. Bring a prescription insurance card and medical insurance card to the appointment.
